There are many combinations of materials and graphic impression processes that combine to produce mats with a wide variety of appearance and wear characteristics. The following sections describe these processes.

Tufted

Tufted logo mats are produced using state-of-the-art computerized tufting equipment. Solution-dyed BASF fiver helps guarantee mat yarn against color loss for 10 years. Long-lasting, beautiful graphic logos are the result.

Sizes: 2'x3', 3'x4', 3'x5', 3'x10', 4'x6', 4'x8', 5'x8', 5'x10', 6'x10', 6'x12'

Inlay

The Inlay process uses cut pieces of different mat colors which are then pieced together and bonded to a rubber backing to create a beautiful one piece long lasting Graphic Mat. This process is best suited to designs without too much fine detail. A variety of indoor and outdoor substrates in many color are available.

Mesh Inlay

Mesh is made of a durable vinyl loop material that comes in brilliant colors, can be used indoors or outdoors and resists fading stains and mildew. Available backed or unbacked, and in rolls for custom cutting (see below).

Standard Vinyl Edging Black tapered edging is applied to all unbacked mats.

Optional Backing For use in surgface mounted applications when wood or carpet floor surfaces need additional protection. Black.

Available in Rolls For custom cutting in 3' or 4' widths. Unbacked in lenths up to 60' with or without edging on 2 sides only.

CompuDye

CompuDye is an injection dye process where the mat fibers are permanently dyed in the desired image. Once the dye is set, the image is considered lock fast and will not fade or wear. This process creates permanent image in a commercially launderable product. For indoor use.

Flocking

Flocking is the most versatile process providing beautiful permanently heat set logos in a wide variety of colors.

Fresco

Fresco mats are imprinted by the sublimation process which combines the flexibility of photographic imaging with the durability of floor mat material. Vivid full-color images can be reproduced on several matting surfaces that will not fade or wash out. Great for large volume promotional and retail orders.
