 Econo Screen Print Process Mats
A screen print process method available in up to six imprint colors for those truly price driven promotional mat programs. Imprint color matches available at no extra cost.
Choose from three base materials:
Gulfport Olefin
A smooth texture needle punch Olefin mat with standard vinyl backing and borders. Best placed indoors.
Colors: Red, Navy, Beige, Charcoal, Black, Gray, Royal Blue, Hunter Green.
Caliber Rib
A close knit needle punch mat constructed of parallel ribs with a standard vinyl backing and borders. May be placed indoors or outdoors.
Colors: Cloud Grey, Charcoal, Europa Green, Azure Blue, Evergreen, Light Buff, Pine Needle, Cranberry, Redwood.
Level Loop
Our least expensive mat is constructed of looped Nylon with bound edges and a standard action backing. Indoor placement.
Color: Oatmeal.
Mat Sizes: 18"x24," 18"x27," 2'x3'
Maxi Flock Mats
Maxi-Flock is an excellent process for quantities of smaller promotional mats. With our Maxi-Flock process we are able to flock, from the simplest to the most detailed of multicolor images on several base materials. Durability and appearance is the same as on our standard flocked mats. Available in up to six flock colors. Standard logo sizes of up to 17"x17" and over sized logos of up to 19"x24' are available.
